SCM Consult received high rating from Federal Competence Center of the Russian Federation
SCM Consult received a high rating from the Federal Competence Center (FCC) of the Russian Federation and was included in the list of companies for the implementation of the priority federal program "Improvement of operational efficiency and support of employment."
A single portal for managerial and technological competencies of FCC of the Russian Federation http://pfcc.ru/consulting/consulting-services/ was launched in the test mode this year. SCM Consult's services in the field of improving operational efficiency received a high rating and were presented in the separate section along with such internationally recognised companies as Bain & Company, AT Kearney, Roland Berger, AT Consulting, and Oliver Wyman. At the moment, there are about fifty (50) SCM Consult' functional specialisation areas represented on the portal.
The main goal of creation of FCC is to establish federal and regional competence centers that promote labor & operational productivity improvements through training and dissemination of knowledge, creation of necessary competencies, development of standard solutions, and introduction of the best international practices. The project will be implemented during the period from September 2017 to December 2025.
The project involves introduction of effective strategies aimed at operational efficiencies, organizational innovations in operational and management processes, creation of a knowledge base in the field of operational improvements and optimization of mechanisms for obtaining state support by companies.
The single portal of the FCC will enable communication for the participants of productivity improvement programs, and provide access to a unified knowledge base for the use of various services and training programs.
During the implementation of the project, starting in 2018, regional competence centers will be established in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. They will be formed from the selected organizations in order to implement the regional program for operational improvements.
By 2020, FCC should prepare a package of standard solutions for achieving operational improvements across at least five industries and three functions, including HR, logistics, sales, marketing, procurement and production.
